Privacy Policy

The Operator collects the following information in providing the Service: • Account information: nickname, and email address and password (only if the user registers with email; passwords are stored in encrypted form, and even the Operator cannot know the original password) • External account information: if the user links an Apple, Google, or Game Center account, the user ID issued by that service (for Apple and Google, this may include the email address and name provided) • Play information: game progress, items held, ranking records, transactions on the Market, and activities in Clans • Content submitted by users: text that users submit to the Service, such as Clan chat messages • Purchase information: records of purchases made on the App Store or Google Play (transaction ID, product, and date and time). The Operator does not collect payment information such as credit card numbers • Device and communication information: access logs, including IP address, device language settings, and the date and time of use of the Service • Advertising information: advertising providers may collect advertising identifiers (IDFA, Advertising ID) and similar information to deliver advertisements (on iOS, only if the user has given permission) • Inquiry information: the name, email address, and content entered in the contact form

The Operator uses the collected information for the following purposes: • To provide and operate the Service and to verify users' identity • To provide features such as game progress, rankings, the Market, and Clans • To grant purchased products and to prevent fraudulent purchases • To respond to fraudulent acts and acts that violate the Terms of Service • To respond to inquiries and to send important notices • To improve the Service, develop new features, and analyze usage • To deliver advertisements

The Service uses the following external services. Information collected through these services is handled in accordance with the privacy policy of each provider. • Apple Inc. (App Store: app distribution and payment processing for purchases; Sign in with Apple and Game Center: login and identity verification) • Google LLC (Google Play: app distribution and payment processing for purchases; Sign in with Google: login and identity verification; Google AdMob: ad delivery) • Stripe, Inc. (payment processing for purchases in the browser version; credit card information is collected and managed directly by Stripe and is not received by the Operator)

The Operator shall not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except in the following cases: • When required by laws and regulations • When it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned • When all or part of the Operator's business is outsourced (the Operator shall appropriately supervise the contractor)

Nicknames, ranking results, listings on the Market, messages in Clan chat, and similar information are displayed to other users within the Service.

The Operator retains the collected information for as long as the account exists. Users can delete their account at any time from "Account" in the app settings (users may also contact the Operator through the contact form). When an account is deleted, the Operator immediately deletes the account and related information and removes any links to Apple, Google, or Game Center. However, purchase records that must be retained under laws and regulations will be retained for the required period after being unlinked from the account. Messages in Clan chat are automatically deleted 30 days after they are sent.

The Operator takes the measures necessary to prevent the leakage, loss, or alteration of personal information, such as encrypting communications, encrypting passwords, and restricting who can access the information.

If a user requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or other actions concerning their personal information, the Operator will respond without delay in accordance with laws and regulations after verifying the user's identity. Requests are accepted through the contact form.

Minor users shall use the Service with the consent of their parent or guardian. The Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

The Operator may amend this Policy in response to changes in laws and regulations or in the content of the Service. Important changes will be announced within the Service or on this page.
